Brownish hue with red hints. Elegant and seductive on the nose, where the combination of dried fruits is combined with notes of sweet fruit. In the mouth, it combines the aromas of its aging in wood, with notes of candied fruit that make this wine harmonious.

Slightly refreshed, it expresses all the finesse and sophistication when combined with desserts based on caramel, nuts and spices, such as caramel fondant with apple and ginger jelly, tarte tatin, crème brûlée and medium-intensity cheeses. Despite its age, the freshness remains. Extraordinary marriage with a refreshing tangerine parfait. The multiplicity of possible harmonies is surprising, leaving the consumer the pleasure of discovering new flavors.
