A clear brick colour. Fresh and aromatic on the nose, with notes of honey and hints of prune and spice. In the mouth it is elegant and delicate, with lingering flavours of candied fruit wrapped in notes of dried fruit. A fresh and long finish.
Slightly refreshed, expresses its essence when combined with hard cheeses with dried fruits, toasted almonds and desserts as burnt cream, tatin tart or orange pie.
Rare and extraordinarily elegant, it is a vintage BURMESTER classic from a single harvest - "Vintage Tawny" - aging in small oak casks of 550 lt in the Caves in Vila Nova de Gaia. It is bottled at least at the end of seven years, according to market requests.
