Reddish with brown tones. On the nose it reveals smoky notes, dry leaves, spices such as white pepper, and ends with sensations of fine wood. On the palate, it is a wine where the flavors of black fruit in syrup and some jam, wrapped in a very present tannin, stand out. Intense and long finish.

Slightly refreshed, it expresses all the finesse and sophistication when combined with desserts based on caramel, nuts and spices, such as caramel fondant with apple and ginger jelly, tarte tatin, crème brûlée and medium-intensity cheeses.
