Orange in color. Intense nose where notes of aging in wood such as black pepper, licorice, dried fruits and some ripe fruit stand out. In the mouth it presents sweeter flavors such as ripe black fruit and sugar candies. Intense and voluminous aftertaste in the style of Colheitas from the Kopke house.

Served chilled, it reveals all its finesse and sophistication, especially when drunk with desserts made with caramel, dried fruit and spice, such as caramel fondant with apple and ginger jelly, tarte tatin, crème brulée and medium-strength cheeses.
