Taylor's Select Reserva is very suitable for the classic port-cheese combination. A good cheddar would be ideal. It is also delicious with dark chocolate and/or wild berry desserts.

Taylors Select Reserve Port is blended from carefully selected young red wines produced in the Baixo Corgo and Cima Corgo areas of the upper Douro Valley, chosen for their depth of colour, intense fruit and full, firm palate.These Port wines are matured for about two years in oak vats, where they soften and develop without losing their fresh, intense fruity character and their deep ruby colour.Taylors Select Reserve is bottled for immediate drinking.Taylors Select is an excellent accompaniment for rich cheeses, dried fruit, and desserts made of chocolate or black fruit.
