The color is light and vivid. On the nose it reveals the character of Baga and Bairrada in a fresh and floral profile, with notes of aromatic herbs and red fruits. In the mouth it is round, light and fresh. It ends almost spicy and with a slight astringency that gives it character. This is an uncomplicated wine for any occasion.
It goes very well with light and simple dishes.
Nat Cool, is a naturally "cool and funky" innovative concept created by Niepoort that started in Verdes, passed through Bairrada and Douro, and is already present in several national and international regions. More than producing wines with little intervention, Nat cool is a movement of union between several producers with the aim of creating uncomplicated, light and easy-to-drink wines. In 2020 the Nat Cool “family” grows and explores the Dão. And so on the slopes of Serra da Estrela, DrinkMe is born NatCool, where we explore the region's potential for elegant, fresh and uncomplicated wines.
