On the palate, it is firm and well-structured, with well-tamed tannins that are characteristic of the grape variety. A Baga where freshness and elegance dominate, ending long and deep. Lopes & Gonzalez was born from the ambition to make authentic wines, with little intervention, that reflect the place where the vines are planted. We believe that Bairrada is one of Portugal's finest wine regions and we want to use its full potential to produce elegant, fresh wines in an attempt to change the negative perception that, unfortunately, still exists regarding wines from this region.
