With a vibrant garnet hue, this Casa Burmester reserve has a complex nose in which the smoked notes are very well integrated into a fresh array of red fruit. Its soft tannins enhance the elegance of this wine, which in the mouth demonstrates the vigor and character of the 3 grape varieties selected for the blend. A structured and creamy wine, with surprising persistence.
Pair with red meat, game and hard cheese.
Grapes harvested to small capacity boxes and transported in a refrigerated truck at a low temperature. Vinification was carried out with total destemming and crushing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at temperatures up to 26ºC. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Matured in new French American oak barrels of 225 liter for 12 months .
