Pressing after total destemming. Fermentation in 10.000 litres stainless steel vats, with pumping over system and temperature control at 28-30 Celsius. Skin contact maceration and cap (submerged) for 28 days. Four to six months of ageing in 250 litres oak barrels.

This dark ruby coloured wine shows a lot of bellpepper notes. Full bodied in the mouth, it reveals elegant and smooth tannins. The aftertaste is marked by its good structure and persistence. It’s a great partner from grilled meat.
