Beautiful and intense ruby colour. Pleasant fruity aromas with notes of wild fruits, combined with aromas of spices from the ageing process in oak barrels. The tasting is intense, complex, with present tannins and a long and persistent aftertaste.
Made from our best selection of Malbec grapes. Previously destemmed the grapes went through a low temperature pre fermentative maceration for 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel vats with temperature control between 26º - 28ºC, for 14 days. Skin contact maceration and cap (submerged) for 28 days. Four to six months ageing in oak barrels.
