Made from our best selection of Syrah grapes. Previously desteemed the grapes went through a low temperature pre-fermentative maceration for 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel vats with temperature control between 26º - 28ºC, for 14 days. Skin contact maceration and cap (submerged) for 28 days. Five months ageing in oak barrels.

Dry and delicate with pleasant aromas of red fruits. In the palate it is fresh and fruity, showing once again notes of red fruits, raspberries, cherries and herbs. Good body and structure with a long fruit persistency at the finish.
