With its bright, pale color, this wine's appearance is probably closer to a Pinot Noir from Burgundy. The nose reveals the complexity of the grape varieties and old vines that give rise to it. It begins floral, followed by fleeting graphite nuances on a base of raspberry and rhubarb. The wood is incredibly discreet and balanced by minty aromas that further elevate the sophistication of the wine. The palate impresses with its striking elegance, precision, delicate structure and superb acidity, ending long with persistent spices and freshness.
