It has a bright violet color with rich aromas of ripe fruit, blackberries, raspberries, cassis and with a slight touch of compote. In the mouth it reveals dry, mild acid, fruity, with tannins of the fruit, being the astringency not very aggressive, medium and final smooth and medium body.

Pleasant to accompany with light cooking dishes, grilled white meat, fatty fish or not very seasoned pasta.
