The 2015 edition of Convento do Paraíso reveals a very rich nose, with notes of red and wild berries, surrounded by quality wood, complex and very balanced, in the mouth the register remains. It’s a wine with good freshness of medium body in which the fruit overlaps the barrel, ripe tannin and prolonged end.
Built after the Christian reconquest of Silves and insert in one of the most beautiful estates of the region "Our Lady of Paradise Convent" preserves its imposing looking facing historic city of Silves. Produced from the vineyards here planted during year 2000 next to Arade River slopes.
