It immediately draws attention, as it is an open red color - garnet and not very dense - with an unusual profile. On the nose, notes of cherry and ripe raspberry stand out, but also white flowers complexed with vegetable nuances, which give it freshness. In the mouth, we are surprised by its vibrant and "fun" profile, its light structure and an almost velvety smoothness in the mouth. This, combined with the low alcohol content, gives it an "easy-drinking" character.

Pairing suggestion: White meats, Asian dishes, such as Peking duck, mushrooms and mild cheeses.

The red is produced with three autochthonous grape varieties: Tinta Roriz (80%) and Tinta Francisca (12%), in reds, and the white Viosinho (8%), giving exoticism and originality to this red.
