Dão wines, especially the elderly, the 60s and 70s, always surprised us by its elegance, freshness and personality. It was this identity and complexity that attracted us to the area, which led us to search for a vineyard that allows create wines with this profile. The opportunity came true when we find Quinta do Corujão. This farm is situated in one of the coolest parts of the region, in granitic soils of Seia, Serra da Estrela. The combination of altitude, soil and varieties of this property convinced us that it would be the right place to move. We hope you enjoy the delicacy and depth of this Dao, be put off by the fine and floral aromas of MOB and, finally, also involved in this project I like both is to give, in an inspiring region and as Portuguese soul!
