Intense ruby color with violet hue. Aroma with the presence of ripe red fruits, floral notes typical of Touriga Nacional. Balsamic character with fresh minty notes. Mouth with excellent volume and integrated structure, very balanced acidity in a harmonious and long finish.
Its balance makes it an excellent wine to be drunk by itself. It has great characteristics to accompany a mild cured cheese. Very good pairing with grilled meats.
Mélange à 3 conveys the modernity of Carvalhais, a mixture of ideas, talent and boldness, to which we have added three grape varieties - Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional and Alfrocheiro - to obtain a modern, irreverent and fun wine.
