Created from our best selection of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The grapes were previously de-stemmed, going through a pre-fermentative maceration process at low temperatures for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with temperature control systems between 26º - 28º C, for 12 days. The wine aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
