Deep and intense garnet color revealing the presence of Alicante Bouschet. Fruit aromas in jam, olive jelly, spice and toast make up a balanced and attractive set. Very soft and velvety in the mouth is fresh and persistent, showing solid and silky tannins.
Delicious with most meat dishes, but also with snacks, cod and oily fish.
As the second consecutive year of a dry winter, the campaign always registered high temperatures until the harvest, which arrived 10 days earlier. The diligent work of oenology and viticulture was crucial for the quality achieved to result far above expectations, this harvest being one of the best Dom Rafael ever.
