Deep ruby color. Aroma of good intensity and complexity, with notes of ripe red fruits, balsamic, resin and cedar, light spices, some cocoa and chocolate, the result of a good maturation, and a well integrated wood. In the mouth it has a good volume, firm and good quality tannins, present acidity, notes of red fruits and spices, with a long and harmonious finish.

Ideal to accompany meat dishes, such as roasted kid or grilled aged meat. You can also pair it with game meats or oven-roasted fatty fish.
