The color is open, light garnet and full of vivacity. In appearance it is probably the closest thing to a Pinot Noir from Burgundy. On the nose it reveals the complexity of the grape varieties and old vines that give rise to it. It starts with very delicate floral notes, it evolves into fruits reds more in the spectrum of currants and cherries. The wood is extremely discreet, but complemented by balsamic notes or a minty that makes it very sophisticated. In the mouth it is the maximum expression of elegance, precision, with a delicate structure and excellent acidity. Finishes long, persistent, spicy and fresh.
