Tiara is a white that reveals the purity of the grape varieties and the acidity of the terroir from which it originates. Long fermentation at low temperatures in Foudres aged over 30 years, from 1500L – 3000L, makes all the difference! On the nose it is discreet, with notes of citrus fruits, orchard fruits and a herbaceous that gives it character and complexity. In the mouth it has volume and structure. The finish is almost spicy, persistent and prolonged by an excellent acidity!

It goes well with grilled fish, seafood and white meat dishes. Vegetarian suggestions: sautéed vegetables and salads.
