A beautiful red with a reddish color, not very concentrated, typical of the variety. It presents aromas of ripe forest fruits, spices, white pepper and light vegetable nuances. A wine with a medium structure, very elegant and round, with soft tannins and full of flavors that can be discerned on the nose. Finishes long and persistent.

A great partner for aged beef tartare, roasted octopus, game casserole and some traditional roasted sardines from São João. As a vegetarian suggestion: dishes based on beans, chickpeas, lentils or guacamole.
