Aroma: Very concentrated, with balsamic oak notes, fig, black plum aromas and tobacco. Taste: Full bodied, firm, mature and silky tannins. Mineral notes with a very elegant, persistent and complex finish.
Bottled in honor of Dona Antónia Adelaide Ferreira, this is a unique wine, made from a vineyard in Rio Torto mostly planted in the 1940s, traditionally planted as a field blend of more than 30 grape varieties. A very rare wine, only bottled in exceptional years, and in very small quantities (approximately 4000 bottles).
