Bright ruby of medium intensity. Clean, intense and complex nose. Good balance between fruit and wood. From the fruity notes, ripe blackcurrant and raspberry aromas stand out, herbaceous aromas of tomato leaf and camphor give freshness to the bouquet, complemented by characteristic notes of partial aging in French oak barrels such as vanilla, mocha and toast. In the mouth, the warmer notes are evident. Intense and refined, with a present tannin, but fine, full-bodied and with evidence of the heat of the Pian lands, from where this sugar is born.
