SERVING TEMPERATURE
Serve at a temperature in between 16ºC and 18ºC
Produced from the varieties Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet and Castelão planted in the vineyards of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation. When the grapes reach the ideal stage of maturation, they are harvested and transported to the winery, where the technological process begins with total destemming and slight crushing. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 24-27ºC. After fermentation, filtrations, blends, tartaric stabilization, final filtration and bottling are carried out.
