The logo identifies wines such as Vinea, EA, Foral de Évora, Cartuxa, Scala Coeli and the legendary Pêra-Manca, as well as the olive oils Álamos, EA and Cartuxa Gourmet.

Produced from the Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet and Syrah varieties planted in the vineyards of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation. When the grapes reach the ideal stage of maturation, they are harvested and transported to the winery, where the technological process begins with total destemming and slight crushing. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 24-27ºC. After the fermentation part of the batch is staged in French and American oak barrels. After the stage, filtrations, blends, final filtration and bottling are carried out.
