Foral de Évora red is based on the Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet and Trincadeira varieties, it was vinified in stainless steel vat with prolonged maceration, tracing about 12 months in new French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle. This wine has not been stabilized so that over time it may have a slight deposit.
