With a crystal clear ruby color and a very fine and deep aroma. Notes of wild fruits in harmony with an intense mineral profile, characteristic of the Baga variety, where notes of chalk appear, expressing the entire terroir of the vineyards. Although very young, it impresses with its harmony, with fine tannins surrounded by notes of fresh fruit. With enormous structure and power, the entire set is delicate, elegant and very fine, thanks to the freshness of the fruit and excellent acidity. Refreshing, saline finish very focused on the limestone terroir. A perfect wine to drink young and feel all its harmony, but also with great aging potential.

It goes well with dishes with some fat (cod, octopus, black pork) and goes very well with seafood rice.
