Beautiful ruby color set. Very intense aromas of black fruits resembling blackberries and blue fruits like blueberries, spicy notes of pink pepper and cloves. Complex, delicate notes of wood, vanilla and spices. Mineral. In the mouth, the structure is large, the soft tannins well rounded by the black fruit, balance with the silky texture and with the remarkable concentration of matter. Sensation of depth to provide a three-dimensional proof. It ends very long with great complexity and special precision.
The Quinta Nova of Nossa Senhora do Carmo is a place of extreme beauty, in the heart of the Douro, and owned by the Amorim family since 1999.
