With a bright and deep garnet color, this wine has a complex aroma of spices, coming from aging in wood and floral notes. In the mouth it shows a rich, deep flavor, with an elegant profile and a long finish.
Harmonization
Rich cod dishes, mushroom risotto, lamb dishes, roast pork loin, grilled beef steak and intensely flavored cheeses.
The varieties Syrah and Touriga Nacional marry together seamlessly to make the Herdade dos Grous 23 Barricas. Carefully selected, only the best barrels of each variety go into this blend.
