QUINTA DE MATA-MOUROSQuinta de Mata-Mouros is located on the left bank of the Arade River, opposite the beautiful and historic city of Silves. In its 120 hectares, the typical fruits of the region, such as figs, almonds, carob and loquats, have been cultivated for centuries. In January 2012, with the aim of exploring the viticultural potential of the estate, the "Convento do Paraiso" project began, a partnership between the Pereira Coutinho family (owner of Mata-Mouros) and the Soares family.

The 2020 edition of Imprevisto Tinto displays an intense, brilliant ruby color. On the nose it presents a profile of a young wine, quite aromatic, with aromas essentially of cherry and red fruits. In the mouth it is soft and very fruity, with soft and balanced tannins.
