The wine has a defined ruby color, a complex aroma of ripe black fruits (blackberry, plum), and some notes of spices and cocoa. In the mouth it is smooth, round, structured with a long finish.
GASTRONOMY
This wine is a fine accompaniment to grilled or roasted meet dishes, pates and aged cheese.
Hand-picked grapes are unloaded and immediately destemmed and crushed. The fermentation begins in vats at controlled temperature of 28º C (82.4º F). After fermenting, the wine is sampled on a regular basis, with the best batches being duly identified, set aside and stabilized.
