An uncomplicated, versatile, elegant and fresh wine that translates the profile of the terroir on the slopes of Serra da Estrela. on the nose it has notes of wild fruits such as blackberries and currants, and nuances of balsamic notes from Tinta Pinheira. In the mouth, the berry variety reveals its elegant and lively side and marks the profile with an acidity that lasts.
Nat Cool, is a naturally “cool and funky” innovative concept created by Niepoort that started in Verdes, passed through Bairrada and Douro, and is already present in several national and international regions. More than producing wines with little intervention, Nat cool is a movement of union between several producers with the aim of creating uncomplicated, light and easy-to-drink wines. In 2020 the Nat Cool “family” grows and explores the Dão. And so on the slopes of Serra da Estrela, DrinkMe is born NatCool, where we explore the region's potential for elegant, fresh and uncomplicated wines.
