The color is open and not very concentrated. The nose reflects the profile of the region and the grape varieties that give it origin, such as cherry and red fruits, floral nuances of fresh herbs. In the mouth it is light, fresh, uncomplicated and ends with good acidity and spicy notes.

Nat Cool, is a naturally "cool and funky" innovative concept created by Niepoort that started in Verdes, passed through Bairrada and Douro, and is already present in several national and international regions. More than producing wines with little intervention, Nat cool is a movement of union between several producers with the aim of creating uncomplicated, light and easy-to-drink wines. In 2020 the Nat Cool "family" grows and explores the Dão. And so on the slopes of Serra da Estrela, DrinkMe is born NatCool, where we explore the region's potential for elegant, fresh and uncomplicated wines.
