Vibrant colour. It has a complex aroma of black fruit, with great breadth and generosity, well complemented by fresh notes of fine, elegant spice. Creamy in the mouth with well-polished, rounded tannins, showing a freshness reminiscent of red fruit, along with floral notes. This is a powerful wine with a lot of life ahead of it.

Reserva is the 'backbone' of this Quinta's portfolio and is the result of a blend made with grapes from old and newer vines. As with the other wines from Quinta da Boavista, the Reserva aged in French oak barrels followed by at least a year in bottle.
