The delicacy of Quinta dos Carvalhais Único 2015 is expressed in both color and aromas. It is a wine with notes of black fruit and wild fruit, resinous nuances, aromas of forest, moss, pine, sous-bois and a very fresh menthol touch. It is the exact expression of Quinta dos Carvalhais' terroir. It has a firm and defined attack, with polished tannin, in a fresh, elegant and surrounding body. The aromatic complexity is confirmed in the mouth complemented with some floral touches that last in a voluminous, delicate, long and persistent finish.

It is a wine that invites to the table, is very gastronomic. The elegance and freshness of the wine make it versatile, being able to accompany either an octopus to the laver, or a pork belly roasted in the oven or even a soup-like broth rice.
