Intense black and red fruit aromas, with chocolate and oak notes. In the palate, it is fruity, showing ripe, fine tannins, well balanced with some oak notes and fresh acidity. Persistent aftertaste.
Pressing after total destemming. Fermentation in vats with pumping over system and temperature control to 28-30 Celsius. Maceration in contact with skins and cap (submerged) for 28 days. Partly aged for four to six months in 250 litres oak barriques.
