Visual: Clear and deep ruby. Aroma: Aromatic intensity of spices, fruits and ripe red fruits. Mouth: Good complexity, very integrated and soft tannins. Elegant and long finish.
Ideal to accompany meals based on meat, sausages and cheeses. Equally interesting to taste out of meals in good company. It should be served at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC. It should be stored in a cool, dry place in the horizontal position.
Machine harvested grapes during the night to avoid high temperatures. Imediately destemed grapes when inside the winery. Tanning fermentation in stainless steel open vats. Aged for 4 months in Portuguese and French oak.
