Light ruby-grenade colour. Fragile, wet bush aroma, mushroom and spice notes, combining with subtle herbal notes. Fresh in the mouth, very well structured with medium texture.
Typical Alentejo variety, the black Trincadeira (sin. Tinta Amarela) with a thin and fragile film, causes it to rot if it rains and to pass in high temperatures. This “Trincadeira” was harvested at the possible point, focusing on its fresh fruit side. A breeze of Alentejo freshness that was lost, but that was always here after all. The Trincadeira ... isn't that Black after all!
