The fresh fruit combines very well with the notes of cigar and spice box that it receives from the aging in used barrels. In the mouth, the silky and fresh texture prepares a surprisingly long and addictive finish.
Pairs with dishes of roasted goatling white meats, various cod dishes and soft cheese.
Wines made with grape varieties typical of the demarcated Douro region, including plots of centuries-old vineyards. Obtained through natural fermentation processes and combined with modern technology, they are very complex and persistent wines, with remarkable longevity.
