VALLE PRADINHOS
Valle Pradinhos is an historic, family-owned 350 hectare estate established in 1913.The wines are a blend of native grape varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela and Malvasia Fina, and renowned international grapes Cabernet Sauvignon, Gewürztraminer and Riesling.
Maria Antónia Pinto de Azevedo Mascarenhas is the current owner of Casal de Vale Pradinhos. Since she took over the management of the property in 1994, she has implemented her vision of winemaking in the style of the wines that are produced here. Her daughter Maria will be the 4th generation of women directly involved in the management of this estate.
The estate’s "old world" terroir and passionate wine making team combine perfectly to deliver premium world-class Portuguese wine.

Intense and elegant with great complexity. The fruits of the forest stand out red and black, very ripe, well combined with light floral notes that give elegance. Spices like vanilla and peppers refine their aroma. The palate presents a full bodied with fine silky tannins well wrapped in the fruit that give a good structure. Persistent end.
CONSUMPTION
It should be appreciated at a temperature between 16 ° C and 18 ° C. It accompanies well dishes of well-seasoned red meats and cured sheep's cheeses.
