Intense and elegant with great complexity. The fruits of the forest stand out red and black, very ripe, well combined with light floral notes that give elegance. Spices like vanilla and peppers refine their aroma. The palate presents a full bodied with fine silky tannins well wrapped in the fruit that give a good structure. Persistent end.
CONSUMPTION
It should be appreciated at a temperature between 16 ° C and 18 ° C. It accompanies well dishes of well-seasoned red meats and cured sheep's cheeses.
Total destemming, fermentation with moderate temperature control and daily pumping over. Long post-fermentation maceration. Aged in oak barrels for 16 months. Wine not filtered or stabilized by cold. Can create deposit.
