This edition of Vicentino 2020, with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, is harvested manually and with a rigorous choice of the best grapes. Part of the grapes is added whole bunch and fermentation takes place for 8 consecutive days and after maceration it is aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels and in used French oak barrels.
