Deep and very concentrated color. Aroma the black fruit with notes of cacao and some smoked, in the mouth is very full-bodied, smell and fresh with very ripe tannins, long end and very persistent.
The perfect match? Oven-roasted lamb with potatoes! A bane! Open the bottle 30 minutes before and let it rest in a place with controlled temperature and away from light. You will see that it results in a greater complexity of aromas and highlights during the meal.
It's like they say: "The Alicante Bouschet variety is not Portuguese, but it's from Alentejo!". One of our most daring reds from our winery that has been working wonders for consumers since 2014, the year it started to be produced.
