Grenade color of great intensity. Aroma of fruits of the Forest, with notes of spices. In the mouth it is very elegant with the fruit and the wood where it staged in full harmony, long end and very persistent.
This is a very elegant and harmonious red that goes very well with a barbecue with friends. While the grill heats up, prepare a board of Alentejo cheeses and get your palate used to the wild fruits present in this wine. Open the bottle 30 minutes before and let it rest in a place with controlled temperature and away from light. You will see that it results in a greater complexity of aromas and highlights during the meal.
Autochthonous Portuguese variety, considered "Queen of Portugal", which embraced Alentejo as the "2nd house"!
