Intense garnet color. Aroma suggesting very ripe black fruits blending beautifully with the spiciness imparted by the barrels. Elegant and full bodied with soft tannins. A big powerful and full wine.
The grapes are de-stemmed, and foot trodden in marble troughs known as lagares, where fermentation takes place. Racking of the wine to stainless steel tanks, followed by a long post fermentative maceration.
