SERVING TEMPERATURE
Serve at a temperature in between 16ºC and 18ºC
Produced from the castes Aragonez, Castelão, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24-27ºC. After fermentation, filtrations, blends, tartaric and protein stabilization, final filtration and bottling are carried out.
