It is a pale rosé wine with an appealing colour, ideal for relaxed consumption during the hottest months, accompanying light meals or simply as a pleasant aperitif.
Made from grapes selected by the oenology team in different locations in the RDD, where the Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinto Cão grape varieties, harvested at the optimum moment of ripeness, at an earlier stage to ensure a favourable sugar-acid ratio, were able to show their own characteristics, which allowed for a combination of fresh aromas and a smooth and elegant flavour.
