A wine with a salty profile, inherent to the region. On the nose, aromas of craft beer, orange peel and cherry stand out, complemented by the complexity of aromatic herbs. Refreshing and well-balanced on the palate, with a long, persistent finish. Smooth and pleasant, it can be served as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to salads, seafood and barbecued dishes.
The free-run juice, obtained exclusively from Negra Mole grapes, fermented in stainless steel vats for 20 days at low temperatures. The wine remained in contact with the fine lees for 5 months.
