Light, clear and seductive salmon color. Clean and discrete nose. Floral aromas of roses stand out in a delicate bouquet dominated by red fruits such as cherry and strawberry, complemented by citric notes of ripe lemon. Vibrant on the palate, where a beautiful acidity takes hold of the tasting, fulfilling the refreshing purpose of a good rosé. A very nice body, with an oily texture, that imprints an apparent sweetness to this dry wine. The finish is long and inviting for another taste, ending with notes of pomegranate and cassis.

We can immediately suggest enjoying this wine off the dining table, preferably in a relaxed and calm environment. Making use of its delicate and fresh character, we can also suggest pairing As Pias Rose with simple summer dishes. Cold salads with, for example, chicken, apple and berries or pomegranate will pair beautifully. The traditional gazpacho or other cold tomato-based soups will also make great choices for this wine.
